Menorca visit

       


                   I'm just back from a short visit to the Balearic island of Menorca. I made some
sketches/notes in a small workbook and took some photographs in order to produce some  acrylic on canvas work at a later date. The beaches and rocky coastline are beautiful in the Spring with the headland covered in wild flowers.

"Silent Spaces"

        This is a new piece of work produced from the sketches/notes and photographs made in the highlands of Scotland . Entitled "Silent Spaces" combining the snow capped Scottish mountains and inspired by the music of Tord Gustavsen.
